Win10-tan Hero

The default Windows 10 "Hero" wallpaper (1920x1080) with Win10-tan in the light. Her name is still pending, but there seems to be a good chance that it'll be Madobe Sora. On July 31, 2015, her name was announced to be Madobe Touko / 窓辺とうこ.

Both the Hero wallpaper and Win10-tan are owned by Microsoft.
